A woman from California faces two Class D
Felony charges of Identity Theft and Forgery
in Kossuth County Court. Court papers
identify the woman as 23 year old Tyish
Annesia Hamilton of Antioch California is
alleged to have on February the 8th used
someones elses identity to steal six
thousand dollars from a bank account and of
completing and executing in writing so that
it purports to be that of another who did
not authorize the act. The Court documents
indicate their intially was a bond, then the
bond was withdrawn as the suspect was seen
as a flight risk. Hamilton`s date in court
is February 20th.
