The sidewalk problem on the 169 river bridge

How do you view the problem of no foot traffic on the Highway 169 bridge project in Algona? Since phase two of the reconstruction project began, foot traffic is a no no, yet untold numbers of citzenry need to walk to the businesses on the other side of the river. What should be done? How dangerous is the access to traffic via North Park Drive and the access to Norwood Drive on gravel, we value your opinion via posts!
