A truck driver from Atalissa Iowa was involved in an accident near Lakota on
Iowa Highway 9. Kossuth County Sheriff`s Deputy Charles Robinson identifies the driver as 47 year old Marvin Laverne Scharff Junior who was hauling for Atalissa trucking and was pulling a trailer with wind generator blades and allegedly hit a set of overhead rail road warning lights owned by the Union Pacific Railroad.
