Miss Shamrock contestants sought in Emmetsburg.

In Emmetsburg plans are in the works for the annual Saint Patrick`s day festivities there. A spokesperson at Saint Patrick`s day headquarters says entrants for the Miss Shamrock Pageant are being sought and are due on February 15th. Juniors and Seniors in High School are eligible.
