Multiple assault charges against Algona residents in Kossuth County Court.

On the Kossuth County Court beat: three Algona residents face aiding and abetting charges, mischief and serious assault charges in connection with an assault case that was allegedly comitted last October. Court documents identify the people as 40 year old Timothy Willard Poulson who faces aiding and abetting charges for allegedly blocking a vehicle with another vehicle to prevent escape, 35 year old Beayonka Kathryn Poulson who faces aiding and abetting charges for allegedly blocking a vehicle with another vehicle to prevent escape, and 21 year old Kylan Neal Poulson faces charges of mischief and serious assault for allegedly grabbing and pushing a person causing bruises and striking and breaking the window of that persons car.
