Clinton Iowa turned out to have the lowest low temperature in the state of Iowa overnight today as the mercury sunk to 24 degrees below zero. KLGA had a low of 16 below, downtown Algona bottomed out at -13,
the Algona airport reached -15 for the low.
Bode recored the lowest low in our region with a reading of 20 degrees below.
