The Knights of Algona Free Throw Shooting Contest
Champions were crowned at the Friedmann Auditorium on
the campus of Bishop Garrigan High School. Organizer
Scott Curtis says the age division and gender champions
were: 10 year old girls: Gracie Behr, 10 year old boys:
Tyler Schnurr, 11 year old girls: Betty Straub, 11 year old
boys: Luke Terhark, 12 year old girls: Anna Zeller,
Nathan Krieps, 13 year old girls: Shelby Schindler, 13
year old boys: Samuel Lipps, 14 year old girls: Lana
Larson, 14 year old boys: Sam Curtis. Each of the winners
will go on to compete at district competition to be held at
Corrigan Hall at Emmetsburg on February 2nd.
