New sex offender added to the Kossuth County list.

The Kossuth County Sheriff`s Department Reports a new name has been added to the list of known sex offenders residing in Kossuth County. The subject is 37 year Old Gerald Rae Wait who is residing in the rural Luverne area. Wait is described as a white male, five foot nine inches tall at a weight of 200 pounds, with brown hair, and brown eyes and a brown and gray colored beard.
