Great American Smokeout is today.

Today is the Great American Smokeout. Kathy Holdefer of the American Cancer Society says this is the 31st anniversary of the Great American Smokeout highlighting the dangers of tobacco and the importance of quitting smoking. Holdefer says with half of the United States protected by smoke free laws and a variety of cessation resources available, there has never been a better time to quit smoking and enjoy the health benefits.
