Accidents in Kossuth County over the holiday weekend.

The Kossuth County Sheriff`s Department reports three accidents in the County over the holiday weekend. The first was a single car accident in the rural Lone Rock area as a vehicle apparently had a blown out tire and the driver Andrew Bormann of Ames apparently lost control, and went into a ditch, he was not hurt, that was last Saturday morning. Courtney Brandow of Algona was involved in a one vehicle car/deer accident north of Saint Joseph on highway 169, she was not hurt, the accident took place yesterday morning at 1:49 A.M. Also yesterday Jacob Radmaker of Bancroft was in a one vehicle, car/deer accident on Kossuth County road A-42 south of Swea City, Radmaker was not seriously hurt. Kossuth County Sheriff Paul Gronbach urges motorists to be cautious on the roadways as deer are a hazard especially this time of year.
