On the court beat in Kossuth County. A 20 year old
Algona man faces charges of Third Degree Burglary
which is a Class D Felony. Court Documents at
the Kossuth County Courthouse identify the
subject as Allen Charles Christianson who is
alleged to have entered an occupied structure
in which no persons were present and to
have committed a theft. According to the
court papers the incident is alleged to have
taken place back on the evening of September
12th. Christianson faces a court date of
December 5th at 9-A.M.
