The Court Beat.
On the Kossuth County Court beat a man being held in the Kossuth County Jail on charges of 2nd Degree Harrasment and Trespass is also wanted on Class D Felony charges of “Unlawful Use of a Weapon” in the Jackson County Missouri area. Court papers identify the man as 20 year Dominique Osuna. Osuna was being held at the Kossuth County Jail and extradition proceedings are in motion.
