Kossuth County Accidents.

The Kossuth County Sheriff`s Department has had a busy time of it since the snow and ice storm last Saturday and its subsequent aftermath.
There was a one vehicle accident at rural Luverne four miles north east of town at County Roads B-63 and P-66 in Luverne Township. Sheriff`s Deputy Roger Fisher identifies the driver in an accident report as Alesha Carroll of Luverne in a 2001 Buick LaSabre. According to the accident report the driver was going east and lost control on a slick road and the vehicle went into the north ditch rolling up onto its side. No one was hurt.
No citations were issued and the vehicle suffered some 25 hundred dollars in estimated damage. Another one vehicle accident took place southwest of Wesley on 200th Avenue near County Road B-46 in Prairie Township. Deputy Steve Kollasch identifies the driver as 41 year old Noel Rahm of Wesley in a 1996 Dodge 2500 pick up truck. The accident report indicates control was apparently lost on an icy road and the vehicle entered the west ditch going northbound and the vehicle rolled and landed on its side.
