Snowmobilers are out and about.

Last weekend was an active weekend for snowmobile enthusiasts in Kossuth County. Jeremy Walker is President of the Kossuth County Drift Skippers and says the latest snow was very welcome for a season of snowmobiling that got underway early. Walker says signage work has been underway and as more snow accumulates grooming work will be taking place.
Walker says riders are encouraged to operate carefully, he also says a membership drive will be taking place for the Kossuth County Drift Skippers on Monday December 17th at 6pm at Algona Machine and Supply. One other group of snowmobilers in Kossuth County is also busy with activities this season and that is the “Snow Eagles” who are based out of Lakota.
