Spencer man missing.

The Spencer Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating a missing man. A spokesperson identifies the person as 85 year old Carl Winterboer who has been missing since Sunday. Winterboer is described as being a six foot tall, white male, weighing 235 pounds, gray hair and partially bald, with blue eyes. He was possibly wearing a dark tan jacket and a tan baseball cap. Winterboer was last seen driving a dark maroon Buick Lasabre with an Iowa License plate 646-AVR. The Vehicle has a bumper sticker that says “No Farmers, No Future”. Winterboer does have a heart condition. Anyone with any information is asked to call the Spencer Police Department at 712-262-2151 or forward the information to your local law enforcement agency.
