Algona Police Department reports a two vehicle accident...

The Algona Police Department reported a two
vehicle accident on U-S 169 north near the
turn off to the Hy Vee Parking lot.
Algona Police officer Kendall Pals in
his accident report identifies the
drivers as 63 year old Phillip Heldorfer of
Bancroft in a 2002 GMC Envoy and
Deborah Limbaugh of Algona in
a 2005 Honda Odyssey. According
to Officer Pals the accident was of the
lane changing variety, Heldorfer was
cited for making an unsafe lane change.
22-hundred dollars damage between the
two vehicles involved.
