Titonka man arrested on warrant out of Hancock County.
The Kossuth County Sheriff`s Department reports an arrest. A spokesperson for the Sheriff`s department reports that a Titonka man, 44 year old James Anthony Mansell was arrested Sunday morning at 8:09 A.M. on an arrest warrant that was issued out of Hancock County.
