Democratic Presidential Candidate Senator
John Edwards wrapped up a two day visit to
Iowa with a visit to the Linus Solberg
farm at rural Cylinder. Senator Edwards
talked about his plan to protect family
farms,Edwards says the country needs to
stand up to the big agricultural conglomerates
and ensure fairness to family farmers.
Earlier in the day Senator Edwards visited the
Esterville Campus of Iowa Lakes Community
College and talked about his plan to create
jobs in the new energy economy, the school
has a Biomass Energy Processing Program.
