Trial moves to jury phase.....

During Day Three of a trial in Kossuth County Court, final arguments took place and jury instructions were recieved. The Case involves a party known as Amco versus the estate of Ted Phillips who operated Nick`s Pizza in Algona at the time of a fire in 2002 that gutted a part of the business. It`s important to note that Nick`s has since reopened under new ownership. A jury of six women and two men heard the testimony, Judge Joe Straub Senior presided.
