A 26 year old Algona man faces Serious Misdemeanor charges of Domestic Abuse Assault according to papers at the Kossuth County Clerk of Courts Office. The Court Documents identify the man as Matthew Allen Buscher, who allegedly grabbed, bruised, strangled and slapped a subject. An order of protection was issued. Buscher was freed on a bond of 19-hundred and fifty dollars and has a court date pending.
