Jury selection has begun for a trial in Kossuth County Court.
A spokeswoman in the Kossuth County Clerk of Court`s
office says the trial involves Amco versus the estate of Ted
Phillips. Phillips was running a business called Nick`s
Pizza on Thorington Street at the time of a fire that
took place that gutted the business that has since
reopened. Judge Joe Straub Senior will hear the
trial.
