The Algona Chamber of Commerce has begun
the recruitment process for the 2008
Leadership Algona Class. Chamber of Commerce
Director Vickie Mallory says this will
mark the 5th class of participants, the Co-Chairs
of Leadership Algona 2008 are Melissa Rash of
Murphy-Brown LLC and Shiela Baer who works for
Algona Municpal Utilities. Mallory says a series
of classes will provide a variety of learning
opportunities about the vitues of providing
leadership. Mallory says the cost of the class is
300 dollars for Chamber members and 400 dollars
