On the Kossuth County Court beat....
A man from Fenton faces serious misdemeanor charges of driving while barred, in Kossuth County Court. Court papers available at the Kossuth County Clerk of Courts office identify the subject as 39 year old Thomas Calby who was arrested back on last Saturday morning while riding a motorcycle going southbound on South Phillips Street. Calby posted a bond of 1,95o dollars and was freed, he has a court date of October 26th.
