State Senator Jack Kibbie of Emmetsburg HAS announced that he is running for re-election to the Iowa State Senate in 2008. Kibbie currently represents Senate District 4 which includes all of Emmet, Palo Alto, Kossuth, Pocahontas, and Humboldt Counties and a portion of Webster County.
KIBBIE SAYS HE IS running for re-election to the Senate so that HE can continue to create more opportunities for the people in A largely rural part of Iowa. Kibbie SAYS HE will continue to work hard for initiatives that promote policies that create more high-wage jobs in local communities, increase student achievement, be a leader in the development of renewable fuels,
promotion of the agricultural sector of the economy and ensuring affordable and accessible health care for all Iowans.
