A Rolfe man is in serious condition and three
West Bend Mallard students suffered minor
injuries in a school bus accident northeast
of Mallard. The driver of a pick up truck that
hit the bus is identified by the Palo Alto County
Sheriff`s Department as 21 year old Kyle
Boeckholt, the bus driver was Lester Buenger
and the students ages five, 12 and 14.
The bus driver and the students suffered
minor non incapacitating injuries.
The Iowa State Patrol is investigating and
charges are pending.
